Do you provide supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring everything we need to make your home shine. If you have any specific products you’d like us to use we’re more than happy to do so. If you have a high quality vacuum we may ask your permission to utilize it.

How much does it cost?
Our rates vary depending on the service and current level of clean in your home. We recommend booking a deep clean at the start of your services and then booking maintenance cleans at either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals. After your deep clean, a consistent rate will be quoted specific to your home. Weekly or bi-weekly cleans are estimated to range from $150-$200 while monthly cleans start at $250. Contributing factors to your quote include size of the home and whether or not you have kids or pets.

What services do you provide?
We currently provide services for residential clients only. These include maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move in/move out cleans. A full breakdown of what is included in these services can be found under the Our Services link.

How do I schedule a service?

Do you have insurance?
Yes! We are always extremely cautious when we clean, if breakage occurs we have insurance to cover repairs or replacements as needed. We are always fully transparent. A photo is taken and a damage report filed for our records as well as the client notified. We then discuss next steps directly with the client.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to Covid 19, we have suspended our short notice cancellation charges for the safety of our cleaners and our clients. If your family has Covid symptoms, please let us know ASAP and we will reschedule your clean. Of course, if you need to reschedule or cancel a clean ahead of time we completely understand, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
